I tried this product 2x and each time after applying it to my arms and legs according to the instructions, it stayed very tacky /sticky and I had to wipe it off. I tried a 2nd time the next day after my shower and it was the same. I emailed the company a few days ago and no response. I want to return for a refund.

We'd love to share a quick tip in case you're open to it: OS-01 BODY is designed to be applied to clean, damp skin and massaged in until fully absorbed — using a smaller amount can sometimes make a big difference with the texture on the skin. However, we completely understand if the experience wasn't right for you.
